This is a Planning Department sponsored Impact Advisory Group (IAG) Meeting to discuss the proposed project located at 1200 Soldiers Field Road in the Allston neighborhood of Boston. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the Project Notification Form filed on March 27, 2026 and its potential impacts.
The Following Description has been provided by the proponent team: The Proponent (Thunderdome LLC) is proposing a new six (6) story multifamily residential building of approximately 67,000 gross square feet, with up to 58 dwelling units, 37 off-street vehicular parking spaces, resident and guest bicycle parking, a roof deck terrace and much-needed site and public realm improvements.
